Christopher Cameron, CEO & President |

AGSI is owned and managed by Mr. Christopher Cameron, President and CEO. Mr. Cameron has extensive experience in the information technology industry, and has held strategic positions in Government and Private industry. Within the government Mr. Cameron was responsible for a staff of 115 personnel providing a series of operational and support tasks for a wide variety of provincial, federal and multi-national projects. After leaving the government Mr. Cameron went to work for a decade with Intergraph; based out of Canada his responsibilities included industry consultation for utility and government segments as well as being the Canadian representative on new software initiatives and R&D projects. Mr. Cameron has transferred this wealth of expertise, experience and energy into AGSI and has consistently grown the company based upon successfully delivering open client solutions. |

Mr. Geoffrey Cameron leads the AGSI’s Intelligent Networks practise for all Utility and Communications based enterprises. Mr. Cameron has more than 20 years experience in utilities, information systems, and all levels of government. His experience with so many large and innovative projects has brought a wealth of value to all AGSI clients. Mr. Cameron has been directly involved in developing Enterprise Information Systems strategies for large and mid-size organizations such as Hydro One, Canadian Federal Government, and Oshawa PUC Networks. Mr. Cameron has been significantly involved in bringing AGSI’s industry leading open, robust and scalable solutions to reality. With the AGSI solutions of consulting, technology, data and hosting Mr. Cameron has been working with senior executives in implementing solutions on an enterprise-wide basis thereby unlocking the internal knowledgebase, putting information securely into the hands of the people who need it and creating significant performance improvements and cost savings.
Prior to joining AGSI Mr. Cameron was a manager at Cap Gemini, the Team Lead for Geographical Information Solutions at Hydro One, one of North America’s 10 largest electric utility organizations and Management within the Ontario Government. |
Hong Xia - VP Application Development |

AGSI’s VP of Application Development is Mr. Hong Xia. Mr. Xia has in depth software development and team leadership skills. He has excellent expertise in object oriented software design/architecture and specializes in Oracle database design. Mr Xia’s strong experience is complemented by his outstanding educational achievements, and has a Ph.D., Engineering Computer, Carleton University; M.Sc., Computer Science, University of Toronto; M.Sc., Engineering Computing, University of Science & Technology, China; B.Sc.(Hon.), Computing Engineering, University of Science & Technology, China. |
Alan Williams - VP Information Technology/CSO |

Mr. Williams has more than 25 years in the IT industry, supporting networked computer systems for up to thousands of users. He is responsible for all operation of the IT infrastructure at AGSI and for all aspects of communication and security. Mr. Williams brings a length and breadth of experience well suited to his role, with experience implementing networked computer systems for both large and small companies. Previous to AGSI Mr. Williams was a Pod Leader for Nerds On Site, handling computer service and technicians throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Additionally, Mr. Williams was the Global Engineering IT Manager for Holderbank with computer services requirements in four languages and 30 different countries. Mr. Williams earned his CET from DeVry Institute in Electronics Engineering Technology and has continuously maintained current industry training. |
Deborah Brayne - Director, Project Practice |

Deborah Brayne is the Director of Project Practice at AGSI, responsible for ensuring proper Project Management and Control of ongoing projects. Deborah has over 20 years experience in Systems Development and Project Management working primarily in a consulting environment. Deborah was Application Architect on several projects encompassing Property Management, Asset Management and Customer Relationship Management.
For more than six years, she was a member of a knowledge management team responsible for researching, documenting and measuring best practices for a large consulting firm, where her focus subject areas were Strategic Systems Planning, Business Process Engineering, and Change Management, as well as supporting other team members in the implementation of management strategies, such as the development of a Project Dashboard to reflect current Project Status and developing strategies to gather metrics used to evaluate Project Performance. Deborah has led teams implementing systems in many diverse business environments, such as Library Automation, Customer Relationship Management, Property Management, Telecommunications Billing Management, Emergency Management, Asset Management, and Municipal PSAB Implementation. |
Cameron Hutchison - Director, Location Warehouse |

As Director of the Location Warehouse product, Mr. Hutchison is responsible for the creation, maintenance and quality control of AGSI’s Location Warehouse, as well as providing business and consulting services to a wide variety of clients and organizations. Mr. Hutchison has extensive knowledge of GIS technologies, including Intergraph, Oracle and ESRI's GIS tools. He has vast experience working with numerous companies on both a technical and business level, and has participated in a number of projects playing a vital role in development, integration, and execution of key business processes. |
Richard Mulcahy - Director, Marketing |

As AGSI’s Director of Marketing, Mr. Mulcahy provides valuable insight and support in the areas of product marketing and user interface design. Mr. Mulcahy has 30 years experience in the high technology graphics industry and gained valuable experience in the GIS field during his 15 years with Intergraph. Previously, Mr. Mulcahy worked as a Senior Product Marketing Manager for ATI Technologies where he introduced ATI’s first workstation graphic board, the world’s first 8 port graphic board, and also led the software development of ATI’s Multi-Display Management software. Additional, Mr. Mulcahy was instrumental in the success of implementing a new VESA standard for Multi-Displays, the implementation of DVI and HDMI standards, and the creation of a new interface standard called Display Port; working with such companies as DELL, HP, NVIDA, and SILICON IMAGE.
During his tenure at Intergraph, Mr. Mulcahy was a successful project manager on two large scale Multi-Million emergency management projects for the Edmonton Police Service and Lethbridge Police Department. Mr. Mulcahy has been fortunate enough to have achieved success in the following key areas: Product Marketing, Project Management, Customer Service Management, and User Interface Design. |
Julius Palladino - Director, Municipal Solutions |

Julius Palladino is Director for Municipal Solutions at AGSI, overseeing local government solutions. With over 30 years experience, he has recognized, well established expertise in spatial information solutions, focused on land and asset information systems.
A graduate of Ryerson and the University of Toronto in Land Information Sciences, Julius is a cadastral Land Surveyor (OLS), certified in Oracle Database Administration/Applications Development. In past roles, Julius was President and Principal Consultant in Enterprise GeoSpatial; Associate Director, Operations with Bell Canada GeoSolutions; an Instructor at Ryerson University and; Project Manager/GIS Section Head/Technical Development Specialist at Ontario Hydro.
He has delivered numerous IT Projects (valued up to $10 million), specializing in technical solutions for Private Enterprise, Municipal Governments & Utilities. He has experience consulting, designing, managing, and implementing various GIS, IM and IT projects including Municipal Applications, Facilities Management, Asset Management, Workforce Management, Inventory Systems, Environmental Analysis, Emergency Preparedness, Real Estate/Property Information Systems, Land Management, Location Management (Site GIS), Location Based Services, Transportation, Civil Maintenance, Energy Management, Personnel Databases, GeoBusiness applications and more. |
