Parcel

AGSI’s Parcel is a highly accurate geometric representation of individual Title and Assessment properties (or parcels).  AGSI assembles parcel data in a variety of formats, then rectifies and standardizes the data to create a seamless geometric fabric in the AGSI Location Warehouse.

Each parcel contains a unique government identifier such as an Assessment Roll Number (ARN) or a Title Property identifier (PI).  These identifiers link to ownership and assessment value information. 

AGSI creates and maintains a PREMISE Identifier (PID) that uniquely combines addresses and their associated location against information such as Parcel or Location Point.

Both public and private organizations find that parcel mapping is an excellent resource which can work with other data to improve corporate planning, reduce costs, conserve resources, plan for sustainable growth, and identify new business opportunities.
