AGSI's President's Message- March 16, 2007

2006 was another outstanding year for AGSI in terms of growth and profitability resulting in revenue growth of 24%. The AGSI team has grown to include 62 full and part-time employees. Our GO360™ technology introduced a new era in information access allowing both new and existing clients to view, update, report, analyze and share anything, anywhere and at anytime. Our expertise has resulted in a significant number of competitive wins for AGSI. It also reaffirms that our technology approach with “GO360™” is revolutionizing the way corporations access their information throughout the enterprise using a standard Web browser.

Recent AGSI Wins:

AGSI’s competitive wins since December are significant. They include: Emergency Management Ontario, Hydro One, City of Brampton and the City of Elliot Lake. AGSI is also leading or directly implementing a number of solutions for multiple utility clients ranging from Smart Metering, SCADA, Operations, Asset Management, Mobile Computing and numerous other business applications. Emergency Management Ontario selected AGSI to provide a GO360™ solution to assist in the resolution of any Ontario emergency. During an emergency, government officials at all three levels, only need access to a Web browser/Internet to locate the area of the emergency and then participate in a conference environment to facilitate the coordination, details and remediation of the emergency. Emergencies can range from food chain safety and flu pandemics to power outages and tornados. Hydro One selected AGSI’s Location Warehouse data product and the GO360™ GeoCode engine capabilities to Validate, Standardize, Cleanse and Map over a million clients. Hydro One recognized AGSI’s Location Warehouse contains an extensive collection of highly accurate attribute and map information that is unrivaled by other vendors.

City of Brampton selected AGSI’s Professional Services Team to supplement their highly skilled knowledge-based professionals in support of municipal operations. The AGSI professional services team will be used by Brampton over the next five years. The City of Elliot Lake selected AGSI’s Executive Consulting Services to provide a comprehensive Information Technology Study and IT Plan. The City of Elliot Lake recognized AGSI’s executive consultants were able to provide the insight into their current environment and vision planning to address their municipal business requirements.

Summary:

On behalf of AGSI and our employees, I would like to express my profound gratitude and thanks for making 2006 an exceptional year. We at AGSI enjoyed working together with you and we look forward in 2007 to help achieving your business objectives with our revolutionary and innovative solutions approach. AGSI’s exciting 2006 expansion into Ottawa has resulted in many new Federal opportunities and initiatives that mean AGSI will be expanding our employee base locally in 2007. I would also like to thank the Provinces of Saskatchewan and Manitoba, whom in 2006 allowed AGSI to begin reselling their information. The expansion of the additional parcel detail within the North American wide Location Warehouse information product has also meant new AGSI employees have joined our Team from each of these Provinces. Once again I would like to thank you, our customers, whom we consider a part of every solution Team, for your confidence in AGSI to get the job done. Without you, AGSI would not be able to achieve such great success.
