AGSI has continued on the path to the completion of Canada’s first and only Unified National Cadastre. AGSI began its Unified National Cadastre program in Ontario and is a Value Added Reseller of the Ontario Parcel Alliance information. The unified solution links both the Tax Assessment and Title/Ownership property fabrics together to simplify their commonality and highlight their uniqueness. Through our extensive field research program and rigorous testing, AGSI has developed the most detailed address database and premise identification programs available in the market today. The overwhelming success of the Ontario project, as well as the continued success of our clients through the use of such high quality information solutions, and the on-going requests for additional areas has led to AGSI’s National Unified Cadastral Database initiative. The current integration is now completed for both Manitoba and Saskatchewan property data, and three additional provinces are scheduled to be completed in 2007.
Location Warehouse:
The AGSI National Unified Cadastral product is available within the Location Warehouse solution which is the foundation for information, services and custom applications. The expansion of this database means a standardized and accurate national cadastral fabric which transcends borders, and eliminates the frustration of differences in data from province to province.
