Angus GeoSolutions Incorporated (AGSI) is proud to announce the completion of its Emergency Response Contact Database for Ontario ; the first and only accurate, current and seamless emergency response data available for the Province of Ontario .
The database, which is field verified and updated on a regular basis, contains valuable contact information and precise jurisdiction boundaries for all organizations responsible for emergency response including local police services, Ontario Provincial Police, ambulance, fire and search & rescue. Contact numbers include the 10-digit emergency phone numbers (911 compatible), non-emergency numbers, and alternate numbers where applicable, as well as any special instructions. Every medical hospital in Ontario is also available including emergency room availability, hours of operation, phone number, address, GPS location and doctor status.

AGSI has also developed the Emergency Services Information System (ESIS), a web application that enables province wide organizations, with call centres, the capability to centrally dispatch emergency responders in case of field personnel emergencies or respond to public calls. ESIS is also configured for Emergency preparedness and planning by sharing all emergency contact information with corporate personnel via the web including the ability to download printable reports and maps of emergency contact information, including automated maps to closest emergency capable hospital, in relation to critical assets and work sites.
Hydro One, one of North America 's largest electric utilities, has selected the ESIS solution and is configuring the solution to deliver emergency dispatch, emergency preparedness and daily job planning applications.
